LayerFormEffect
"LayerFormEffect" is a package for Delphi. With a library of LayerFormEffect you can, using the image files in a few steps:
1. nice shape for use as an "About";
2. pop-up menu;
3. a variety of secondary shapes, such as boot loader;
4. just nice applets.
And all this with a variety of effects, a list of which will be constantly updated.
