How to make 3-D font in T-Mapper2

T-Mapper2 has friendly interface and could be managed by any person. Interface consists of menu and three panels (General,Words,Material). "General" panel presented with elements performing background color adjustment as well as words and figures creation.The overall quantity of words and figures limited by sixteen. It is better not use too large figures or too long words as well as many long words and large figures simultaneously because of presentation defects possibility.This may depend on your hardware. In order to create figure you need picture with strictly monochrome part. It is easy to find silhouettes in the internet, but they are usualy not quite really monochrome. To make them really two colored black and white, special utility named "Make Mask" is created. You can easily download it with other materials on this site. The size or loaded maps and backgrounds couldn't exceed 2048x2048.But there is no limitation to your creativity.

"Words" panel contains elements connected with words and figures transformations. There are some elements connected only with text creation,such as font and boldness, and many others which may change convexity,profile etc. All changes are immediately shown on screen. You can drag sliders,or just click on them and use mouse scroll. If you don't understand the function of some element,just use it and result helps you,otherwise help menu is always at you service.

"Material" panel performs all operations connected with materials and textures.There are three sections in this panel.The first one deals with material-its color,specular level and illumination.The second and third deal with shphere and planar map acccordingly. Sphere map can make word and figure look reflective or some kind of metal type.Planar map can make word and figure look like made of stone, wood or rusty metall etc.It is possible to blend material and texture giving to the last additional hue.Textures could be activated or disactivated Menu consists of such items: “file”, “alignment”,"buy", “registration”,"help" and "loading" Menu “file” makes standard operations such as file opening and saving plus export to different file formats.Exported image size couldn't exceed size pretermined by your videoadapter,usually it is a maximal size display mode. Menu “alignment” performs word or figure alignment by translation or rotation . Menu “help” contains help instructions. Menu “registration” has place only in full version and helps to registrate program.Menu "buy" presents itself only in trial version and contains purchase link.Menu "loading" has links to site with maps and backgrounds and to this site.
