The Duplicate Finder and Deleter is a Microsoft Excel add-in designed to find and delete duplicates in either a single list or between two lists.
Multiple columns can be selected, such as name, address, city, and state and duplicate found. The duplicates and first occurrences can be marked with a cell entry or color so that you can first review them prior to deleting. Or, you can copy them to another sheet for backup.
The Duplicate Finder and Deleter is menu driven with options to find just duplicates, duplicates and first occurrences, or first occurrences only. It is extremely fast, capable of doing hundreds of thousands of rows in minutes.
