Executive is designed for businesses that require a sophisticated, yet simple to use accounting system. It contains features such as three styles of invoicing (service, distribution and recurrent), multi-currency, multiple bank accounts and more.
Executive can manage an unlimited number of budgets and the multi-currency system can record transactions in up to five different currencies. The Clarisys Desktop allows you to create workspaces that meet your needs. You can change the background image, the fonts, the colours, the size of the main screen, create shortcuts to options, create workspaces for each user that match the tasks that they perform on a daily/monthly yearly basis and eliminate the menu system altogether. Create personalized workspaces by grouping options by tasks using the Pages feature. A Page is effectively a second Desktop where you can drag and drop more Shortcuts. There is no limit to the number of Pages that can be created. Executive is a single-user system that can be upgraded to an unlimited number of users. Executive includes: General Ledger, Clients, Suppliers, Invoicing and 6 months of technical support.
